Jill Sobule
Jill Sobule is a Denver-born, critically acclaimed, singer/writer with over 11 albums and more than two decades of recording and performing. Jill’s self-titled 1995 self-titled album proved a major popular breakthrough and included the hit singles “Supermodel” (featured in Clueless) and the original, “I Kissed A Girl.” She has performed with Neil Young, Billy Bragg, Steve Earle, Cyndi Lauper, Tom Morello, Warren Zevon, and John Doe (X), as well as toured with Julia Sweeney (The Jill and Julia Show). Considered a pioneer in the crowdsourcing revolution, Jill remains a prolific and diverse writer and performer today. Her recent projects include a re-imagining of the
1970 Broadway play “Yentl”, and a future one-woman show entitled " #Fuck7thGrade”. Her latest record, "Nostalgia Kills", will be out the Summer of 2018.
